ASCG Group is built on more than six years at Target Distribution, in warehouse operations, forklift operation, inventory management, and administrative and clerical work, alongside facility maintenance and maintenance technician responsibilities covering both preventive and reactive maintenance and emergency repairs.

That work included HVAC systems, production equipment installation, hydraulic motors, power and hand tools, machine setups, reading work orders and system layouts, safety practices, heavy labor, and day-to-day project oversight focused on getting things done right and keeping people satisfied with the result.

Alongside that, hands-on contractor experience through Pambo Construction and Zam Good Handyman added construction-related project oversight, working directly with clients, and solving problems in the field rather than on paper. That experience continues today through a current maintenance and facilities role at Typhoon Texas.

Put together, that’s a practical, on-the-ground understanding of what it actually takes to maintain facilities, solve problems as they come up, coordinate work between different people, and get a project across the finish line.
